I enjoyed amiable and welcoming employees!
Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave, I would have stayed for longer. Everything about this family-run hotel was fine. The breakfast was top quality and excellent, featured a wide range of meals. The venue had an amazing position, on the river

I stumbled across this gem of a hotel while on a driving vacation in Germany, and it turned out to be an excellent find! The hotel is run by a friendly family and offers great value for money. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, with the added bonus of a HUGE balcony overlooking the beautiful Mosel river. The breakfasts here are top-notch, with a fantastic selection of meats, breads, cheeses, and eggs. It's the perfect way to start the day before exploring the Trier area.
All was absolutely splendid during my stay.

This hotel is situated directly by the river, providing stunning views of the water. Some rooms also have balconies that offer a great spot to enjoy the scenery. the rooms are spacious and clean, while the staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is tasty and well, attended. the newly, refurbished rooms boast high, quality amenities, such as luxury carpeting.
The lack of receptionists can make communicating with staff difficult.

During my Easter stay, I was able to enjoy the beautiful view from the hotel balcony and the delicious breakfast buffet. the free parking was a great perk. The hotel also had a convenient location near various wine places and a short drive away from Trier.
My experience was marred by a few negatives. The room was only accessible through narrow stairs, which was inconvenient with heavy luggage and no elevator available.

The location of the hotel was great, just near the river with stunning views from the balcony. the bed was super comfortable- the perfect choice for a romantic escape. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and they tried their best to communicate with us in English.
The breakfast was a complete mess. There were no options for late risers like us, and we were forced to leave the hotel before they started serving breakfast.
